More Information (Radio Ninesprings is not responsible for external websites)
Using songs about the countryside from across the centuries, as well as historical insights and anecdotes, Joe Levy brings another concert series to the Market House in Castle Cary.
Accompanied by Peter Adcock on the piano, Joe brings to life the changing face of the countryside and how our rural past still affects settlements of all sizes to this day.
With familiar songs alongside lesser known works, the concert takes just one hour to transport you across 800 years of rural history.
