Yeovil Freewheelers has been providing an emergency motorcycle medical courier service to the NHS in Somerset and Dorset since 1978 and is the longest continually serving Blood Bike Group in the World. In 2024, they delivered 2,653 urgently needed medical items, of which 110 were time-critical and potentially lifesaving. They will be bringing a liveried blood bike for everyone to see.
