Crewkerne’s Charter Fair, St Bartholomew’s Street Fair, is an annual event held in Crewkerne on the first Friday and Saturday of September and consists of a street market and Fun Fair. It is held under a charter owned by The Rotary Club of Crewkerne District Trust and is organised entirely by volunteers.
Open Friday 5 pm and Saturday 12 noon.
St Bartholomew’s Fair is more than just a funfair. The very earliest fairs were street markets, and this proud tradition remains strong today.
Market stalls can be found in Market Square on Sunday, 8th September.
