Dan Whitehouse and Gustaf Ljunggren live at The David Hall with the Only Love tour

Award-winning singer-songwriter Dan Whitehouse is joined by Molly Ryner on guitar and backing vocals and the acclaimed Swedish multi-instrumentalist Gustaf Ljunggren, for an intimate evening of songs, stories and spontaneous musical connection.

Moving between piano, electric guitar, lap steel, keyboards and ukulele, Dan and Gustaf create a rich and ever-changing sound world. Their remarkable musical empathy allows songs to unfold differently each night, with Dan’s deeply affecting voice and finely crafted lyrics held within Gustaf’s inventive, atmospheric arrangements.

The concert will draw from Dan’s forthcoming album Only Love, which explores love, resilience and fatherhood across continents, alongside songs from The Glass Age, Voices From The Cones, That’s Where I Belong and beyond.

Gustaf will also perform selections from his own evocative instrumental work including his debut solo release, Along The Low Road, a quietly powerful body of work that offers calm, connection and a sense of perspective. This is a rare chance to experience one of the Nordic scene’s most distinctive voices up close.

Expect an evening of exceptional musicianship, warmth, humour and honest storytelling, moving from pin-drop intimacy to joyful, full-blooded collaboration.
