Johnson Park's Gert Gathering

Yeovil Sports and Social Club host their 5th Charity Music Festival known as the Gert gathering. The Gert Gathering Is a real local and community event that sees up to 2000 people arrive throughout the day, watching local bands, supporting local trades and helping local charities.

We have amazing live bands and singers, bouncy castles, fairground, children’s entertainment, Food vendors, a bigger bar, more toilets and lots more!

U16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Established in 2018 by Amy Parker, Power of Performing focuses on the benefits of the arts both on and off the stage. Amy runs a performing arts group for under-18s in Dorset which focuses on dance, drama, singing, confidence building, social skills and teamwork, also providing these children with performance skills and experiences throughout the year. Amy coaches in many primary and secondary schools within the Dorset and Somerset area helping to make the arts accessible to all.
