Glorious Gardens 2023 – New Wood House, Ilminster

The garden of New Wood House, with spectacular views over the Isle valley, has been created on a steeply terraced slope. Recently restored, it now has several areas of different character, including a formal Italian garden, wilderness, orchard, and Arboretum. There are some fine mature specimen trees and many recently planted rare varieties such as Malus, Oas, American and Chinese shrubs and much, much more.
