A police spokesman said: "The victim was attacked by a man who was a passenger in a large dark coloured vehicle which had tinted rear windows and rectangular headlights". People in Ilminster are being given the opportunity to comment on the Local Plan for the town. The plan outlines ways to develop Ilminster over the next fifteen years, including building new homes.
