My radio career started just over the border in Dorset, far too many years ago than I like to admit. Having spent many years around the country in radio ‘management’, it’s great to be back in Somerset - and behind the microphone for the first time in a decade or so! Radio still takes up most of my working week, although these days it includes helping create podcasts, audiobooks, on-hold messages and public speaking skills.

Outside of work, I spend much of my time with my family - and any remaining minutes, nursing back pain after another failed attempt to get my daughter to ride her bike around Ninesprings Park without me holding onto the saddle! Meantime, I have far too many unread books that I must get round to reading, an extensive music collection (taking in classical, jazz, rock, synth pop, dance music, you name it), an obsession for live comedy and a lawn that seems to need constant cutting.
