Police say a fire at the former Oscar Mayer food factory in Chard was started deliberately. The blaze – which was the second in less than a week – broke out on Sunday night, with huge plumes of black smoke spread over a wide area. Police are asking nearby residents with relevant CCTV, doorbell and dashcam footage, to please come forward.
