Charity shops say they’re worried about remaining viable due to a drop in the quality of items they're gifted. Shops believe fewer quality items are being gifted because people now sell quality, unwanted items online to make money for themselves.
Plans have been submitted to build a further fifty new homes in Crewkerne. If approved by Somerset Council, the former Miller’s Garage showroom on East Street will be demolished, and the fields to the rear will be used for the development.
