In a statement, the Royal Navy says the events have been called off for ‘commercial reasons’ but that it’s hoped it will be back in 2023. This is the third year in a row that International Air Day at Yeovilton has been cancelled.
A van has been damaged in a suspected arson attack in Martock. It happened in the early hours of yesterday. Somerset Fire and Rescue Service say the vehicle was fifty percent damaged by fire, and the cause is believed to have been deliberate.
