Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident in which a woman reported being assaulted by a man who took her gold necklace in Yeovil. It happened in Stars Lane, between 2 am and 4 am on Sunday 23 October. The woman, in her 20s, told officers a man punched her and pulled the chain and pendant from her neck. She has described him as clean-shaven and wearing a white t-shirt.
