A road on the outskirts of Yeovil, closed by a landslide, is not expected to reopen until late 2023. Chinnock Hollow linking East Chinnock and Odcombe shut to traffic in February last year. It’s the third time the date to reopen the road has been changed. Somerset County Council says repairs to the road won’t start until further geotechnical checks have been made on the roadside embankment.
