Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they want to interview in connection with a robbery in Ilchester. The Leader of the Conservative group on Somerset Council, David Fothergill, has called for Lib Dem Leader, Sir Ed Davey, to stand down over his role in the Post Office Horizon computer scandal. He’s accused Ed Davey of failing to support innocent Post Office employees when he was Post Office Minister between 2010 and 2012. Sir Ed claims he was lied to by Post Office management, but Councillor Fothergill says that’s no excuse and that he should step down.
