The number of children being educated at home is rising sharply across the West, according to new figures. Four times more children in Somerset are being educated at home than in 2013. It's thought the Covid pandemic has accelerated the increase in home schooling
A quarter of the eight million pounds allocated to NHS dentistry in Somerset for the year ending in March still hasn't been spent, according to new research. The figures are contained in an article in the Health Service Journal, based on data gathered from Integrated Care Boards across England, including the one here in Somerset.
