A child safeguarding review is underway following the murder of a two-week-old baby boy at Yeovil Hospital. Two-week-old, Brendon Staddon, was killed by his father, Daniel Gunter, while in the special baby care unit. The review into Brendon’s death is due to be published before the end of the year.
