A former sub-postmaster now living in Somerset says the apology from the former CEO of the Post Office over the Horizon IT scandal is hollow. Andrew and Kathy Tizzard ran a Post Office in Wales with Kathy ending up in hospital as a result of the stress caused by the faulty software. Andrew says Paula Vennells is not a credible witness.
